“We all dream of flight,” says Freedom. The song balances between joy and gravity echoing humanity’s search for meaning. Freedom explains that in certain challenging times it’s necessary to metaphorically leave the planet in order to peel off the layers of society’s expectations and reconnect with that true self and inner child.
“Sometimes,” says Freedom, “We have to go around the world chasing our dreams to realize that what we seek is already inside of us... like it was already under your bed the whole time.”
Steves J. Bryan features on the track rapping melodically: “Bring the darkness I will shine. Way above that’s why I’m flying. Always reaching for what’s mine”.
